The Opportunity
As the Director of Marketing & Business Partner, you will not only lead our marketing efforts but also hold an equity stake in the company. Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and lead innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and contract acquisition.
Revenue-Driven Marketing: Focus on marketing initiatives that directly contribute to winning new contracts and expanding the customer base.
Collaborate with Sales & Business Development: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals, supporting contract bids and proposals.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and marketing channels.
Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine marketing strategies.
Equity & Profit Sharing: As a business partner, you will receive equity in the company and share in the profits from successful contract acquisitions.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally with a focus on B2B and contract-based business models.
A track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing marketing team.
