Investoo Group is looking for a versatile leader to become the Director of one of their portfolio brands, Coinjournal. You will be part of a fast-growing, lean, digital team, leading the growth of an international brand in the cryptocurrency market. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the opportunity to lead extremely talented industry enthusiasts and marketers, doing an enjoyable job that directly impacts results. Role As the Director of Coinjournal your focus will be on using Organic Search Marketing, as well as other strategies, to drive a strong brand in the online retail cryptocurrency niche forwards. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work directly with the COO to deliver all objectives, operations, and growth. You will utilise a combination of organic marketing, SEO focused content strategies and technical search, to grow the website\'s visibility and revenue. As a small, effective and lean team, we require someone who is able to roll up their sleeves and take on both the strategy, and day-to-day execution, where required. No task is too big or small. You should be hungry to achieve top rankings with an OCD-like attitude to acquiring them. If your goal is to manage a large team of SEOs a\xe2\x80\x99la agency style, this is not for you. If you want to work closely with a talented team and be responsible for growing a brand that drives millions in revenue, this is for you. Key accountabilities

• Lead the strategic direction and organic growth of a multi-lingual brand in cryptocurrency guidance, investing, and news publishing
• Produce long-term content plans by analysing audience requirements via in-depth keyword research to identify key themes, content gaps, and revenue driving opportunities
• Perform continued on-page optimisations to grow rankings, utilising keyword variance & internal linking best practices
• Conduct at-scale technical audits, then work solely and with developers to execute those changes for optimal performance
• Work on a variety of link earning tactics to gain backlinks to our key pages
• Perform website merges & migrations from old to new domains
• Report quarterly the performance, key wins, losses and opportunities
• Lead your Content Editors & Writers to execute the content strategy
• Lead your Localisation Manager to ensure the site is properly localised into a range of languages and locations
• Lead your Developer to ensure requests for bugs, new features, and other SEO related goals are achieved
• Support the wider team efforts in whatever way required to ensure organic growth is achieved

Requirements

• A complete knowledge of what it takes to grow a website in its entirety
• A complete understanding of SEO and demonstrable experience building content and links; in house or agency.
• Deep understanding of the SEO process, including on page and off page.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage a large workload.
• Knowledge of site tools such as Google Search Console / Google Analytics / SEMrush / Ahrefs / Majestic / Screaming Frog.
• A strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital assets
• Experience in affiliate marketing desirable (not a must)
• Additional spoken language skills desirable (not a must)
