Location - Hybrid - Milton Keynes, 2 days office and 3 from home.



Salary - 140,000 depending on experience



Contract Type: Permanent - 37.5 hpw





We are seeking an accomplished and visionary

Director of Partnerships

to lead and scale our most critical growth engine: strategic commercial partnerships. This high-impact role will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious 2030 growth targets -- owning the strategy, execution, and optimisation of our white-label SaaS and insurance distribution partnerships.


You'll bring a proven ability to close high-value, complex deals and cultivate long-term strategic alliances that drive revenue, customer reach, and market influence. Operating at the intersection of innovation, commercial acumen, and executive leadership, you'll serve as a key figure in shaping our external growth trajectory.

What You'll Be Doing:



Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to negotiation, contract closure, and post-deal growth. Secure and grow strategic, high-value partnerships to white-label our SaaS platform. Own and lead commercial negotiations, from pitch to contract, alongside our CFO and legal team. Identify and scope new partnership opportunities across diverse industries. Build and nurture senior relationships (C-Suite and Product leaders), leveraging your existing network. Drive upsell and cross-sell strategies within existing partnerships. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and go-to-market readiness. Provide regular strategic updates to the Board and represent us at investor-facing events. Collaborate with partners on joint media and PR campaigns to promote shared successes.

Essential experience & skills:



Proven track record of leading and securing and growing SaaS white-label partnerships. Exceptional senior network across tech, digital, and product leadership circles. Strong background in commercial negotiation, deal structuring, and contract closure. Demonstrable success in growing revenue through strategic partnerships. Excellent presentation and communication skills; you inspire confidence in every room. Numerate, analytical and commercially focused.
