As Director of Practice & Clinical Services, you'll play a key role in leading our friendly, talented team, overseeing clinical standards, contributing to the practice's growth, and fostering a supportive and positive work culture. You'll also retain hands-on clinical time, striking a balance between leadership and doing what you love.

What you'll bring?MRCVS-qualified with strong clinical experience Proven leadership skills or ambition to lead a team Confident in managing clinical standards and protocols Solid understanding of practice operations and finances Excellent communication and team development abilities Familiarity with HR processes, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives Committed to continuous improvement and clinical excellence
