Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance. Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience. Oversee the utilisation of Salesforce for tracking sales performance and customer engagement. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive landscape for senior management.

Experience

Proven experience in a leadership role within sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing customer relationships. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. A track record of successfully managing teams and driving results through effective leadership. Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented in execution.
