The Hotel offers spacious and pleasant accommodation with its 322 well-appointed guest rooms and suites that offer expansive views of the nearby river, vibrant city of Qufu or hotel's landscaped garden. Four restaurants and bars offers various culinary choices. A Health Club features fitness training equipment, a heated indoor swimming pool, hot whirlpool bath and steam rooms. We are looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing.
As a Director of Sales & Marketing, we rely on you to:

• To be familiar with all Shangri-La's hotel policies and procedures.
• To be well-versed with the facilities and services offered by the hotel.
• Establish personal sales goals and be responsible for a representative selection of key accounts for travel agent and government.
• Maximize rooms inventory and catering space identify opportunities for focused sales programs.
• Coordinate group room forecasts and prospects with the reservations department so as to help hotel achieve maximum capacity room use.
• Assess margin contribution of group business to maximize contribution from available public space.
• Maintain close, frequent, open communication with the Director of Sales and other department heads.
• Maintain supportive, timely communication with Regional Sales Offices and other Shangri-La Hotels.
• Coordinate communication between Sales Department and operating department of hotel.
• Maintain timely and responsive communication with accounts and prospects.
• Participate in the development and execution of the hotel marketing plan.
• Administer the sales programs of the hotel.

We are looking for someone who:

• College degree or above in marketing, hotel management or related field.
• Has good organizational skills.
• Selling and Computer knowledge.
• With fluent English communication.
• Has team management experience.
• Mature and has good logic.
• Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times.
