You will serve as a key leader in shaping the customer experience across Pax8's technology landscape You will play a critical role in strategic decision making You will oversee and empower a team of managers and engineers dedicated to delivering secure, reliable, and continuous technical systems tailored to specific business units (BUs) You will drive operational excellence by aligning technology services with business needs to ensure maximum value and impact You will lead, mentor, and inspire managers to build high performing service delivery teams focused on innovation and customer satisfaction You will champion a culture of service excellence, ensuring seamless technology experiences that exceed customer expectations

Strategic Leadership:

Drive Pax8's technology vision through strategic execution and global impact, owning the delivery of innovative services and solutions

Team Management:

Build and empower high performing, cross functional teams that thrive on excellence, collaboration, and measurable success

Problem Solving:

Champion bold, scalable solutions to complex challenges, unlocking efficiencies that accelerate business outcomes

Technology Evaluation:

Lead with insight by staying ahead of industry trends and guiding smart technology adoption that fuels innovation

Inspire alignment and unity across teams and cohorts through strong collaboration and clear, influential communication

What we are looking for from our

Director of Technology Services Delivery

:

Extensive Experience:

Substantial years of proven success in enterprise architecture, solution design, and technical leadership, delivering impactful outcomes at scale

Inspirational Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high performing teams that thrive on innovation, collaboration, and accountability

Architectural Mastery:

Deep expertise in architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies, with a passion for building scalable, future ready solutions

Cloud and Modern Tech Proficiency:

Strong command of cloud technologies, microservices, APIs, and cutting edge architecture patterns that drive digital transformation

Security and Compliance Excellence:

Well versed in industry standard security and compliance frameworks, including SOC II, ISO, and beyond

Agile Execution:

Hands on experience with project management tools (such as: Confluence/Jira/ServiceNow) and agile delivery methods such as Scrum and Kanban

Technical Fluency:

Proficient with modern engineering tools and languages, including Python/PowerShell/SQL/Jupyter/AWS CLI/GitHub/RESTful APIs/Microsoft Graph API

Exceptional Communicator:

Skilled in engaging, influencing, and aligning cross functional stakeholders through clear and compelling communication

Strategic Vision:

Ability to connect technology strategies with broader business goals, driving growth, efficiency, and innovation

Industry Knowledge:

Background in the technology or SaaS/cloud space is a strong advantage, especially with platforms like Salesforce/ServiceNow/NetSuite/Workday/SharePoint

Salary: 74,000 - 93,000
