Following a period of exciting growth, Caremark Limited are seeking a passionate and driven Director of Technology to support our continued innovation and utilisation of technology to support business operations and our franchised network of home care offices.

Summary of the role




The Director of Technology will support Caremark Limited and the Caremark network in ensuring we are developing, utilising and expanding the effective use of technology to support both our business operations as a franchisor alongside supporting our network of home care offices to deliver care to their communities. You will spearhead the use of technological advancements to provide ever more effective support to our network of franchise owners and the operations of Caremark Limited.


Using your extensive experience of scoping, designing, implementing and managing technology solutions for diverse organisations, you will be responsible for taking ownership of technology projects and initiatives for both Caremark Franchise Support Centre and the wider Caremark network.

About The Role



Responsibilities




As the Director of Technology, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing the technology strategy to align with Caremark's goals. Providing leadership and direction for all technology-related initiatives. Driving innovation in technology solutions to improve care delivery and operational efficiency. Ensuring seamless integration of technology systems across Caremark and the wider franchise network. Ensuring all technology systems comply with relevant regulations and standards. Developing and managing the technology budget. Overseeing technology projects from conception to completion. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of technology systems. Identifying and mitigating technology-related risks. Working closely with other departments to align technology with business needs. Ensuring technology systems can scale with the growth of the franchise network. Implementing quality assurance processes for technology systems. Staying updated on technology trends and plan for future technology needs.

Experience



Proven experience in a technology leadership role, preferably within the franchising and/or care industry. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful technology project delivery. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to innovate and drive technological advancements. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Team and/or departmental management experience
