We are currently recruiting for a US Oncology Marketing Director, Prostate Cancer. This is a key leadership position in US Oncology, leading the US Launch Strategy & Execution for our Prostate Cancer New Asset. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Launch of a new oncology asset, with blockbuster potential, end to end commercial responsibilities and a high level of complexity. The position will report to the Executive Director, US Kidney Cancer & Prostate.This is an important role and will require outstanding leadership in multiple areas including strategic planning, business savviness, emotional intelligence, and executional excellence. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader, with a high learning agility, focus on exceeding performance objectives and ability to influence the matrix organization.Key responsibilities include:Lead cross functional team in the development of Launch strategy our Prostate Cancer New Asset, OpevesostatPartner with Biomarker Team on Biomarker Strategy and Testing InitiativesForecasting including market size, class, and brand shares for various indications, competitors, and market eventsCollaborate with key cross functional partners, leveraging deep insights and analytics, develop product positioning, clear differentiation strategies and brand promotion messagingLaunch planning lead, responsible for ensuring large cross functional team on track with launch planning deliverablesMonitor, analyze, and synthesize key market dynamics in the rapidly evolving Prostate landscape.Proactively partner cross-functionally with CRT and key stakeholders (e.g., sales, medical, market access, legal, regulatory, global commercial, compliance, and operations).Partner with market research, Competitive Intelligence, analytics, customer facing teams and cross-functional team to generate key insights to build and enhance our strategy and execution plan.Lead New Asset Budget managementEducation Requirement:Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)Advanced degree (MBA) preferredRequired Experience and Skills:Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience across marketing or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industriesStrong marketing skills including developing marketing strategies, performance tracking, competitive planning, and accountability for product growth.Ability to understand, interpret, and translate complex clinical data into clear communications.Strategic Acumen with innovative mindset and ability to make critical decisions and recommendations among a range of strategic choices.Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/ priorities.Strong relationship building, problem solving, innovative thinking, teamwork, and analytics.Strong written/verbal communication skills and experience presenting in high visibility settings.Preferred Experience and Skills:Strategy development experience in solid tumorExperience working with OCAR, developing Pricing strategy and building distribution channelsCurrent Employees applyCurrent Contingent Workers applyUS and Puerto Rico Residents Only:Our company is committed to inclusion, ensuring that candidates can engage in a hiring process that exhibits their true capabilities.
