We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven

Directories Executive

to join our Content team. This role is central to managing our legal directories programme (Chambers & Legal 500), ensuring timely, high-quality submissions and maximising the value of our rankings across the firm.


Key responsibilities include:




Coordinating directory submissions and client referee processes. Liaising with internal teams and external consultants to support submission development. Analysing and reporting on rankings for internal and external comms. Supporting wider content initiatives, including the Marketing Content Repository (MCR), BD credentials, and web content.

What we're looking for:




Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
