Job Description


We are looking for an excellent administrator to provide support to the Director of RBG Kew, Director of Resources and wider Director\xe2\x80\x99s Office Team. This is a new role which will report to the PA to the Director.

Kew has ambitious plans, and it is an exciting time to join the small friendly team that supports the Director and manages RBG Kew\xe2\x80\x99s governance. The job is located at our beautiful Kew Gardens site in South West London.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of providing effective administrative support within a busy high-profile office, significant diary secretary experience, travel and accommodation booking experience and excellent IT skills. You will be a motivated, highly organised team-player with excellent interpersonal skills who is comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders, thrives on working at pace to a varied set of tasks, is calm under pressure and operates with discretion.

The salary will be \xc2\xa324,252 to \xc2\xa326,947 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

It is anticipated that interviews for this role will be held on 26th September 2023.
