Job Description

THE ROLE
The primary purpose of this role is to provide advice and support to disabled students. Key responsibilities include assessing support needs, conducting disability review interviews, and managing support arrangements at the Birmingham campuses. The post holder will assist with Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) applications where appropriate and serve as a contact point for all students, including those not eligible for DSA. The role involves liaising with external agencies and internal staff to ensure students' needs are met and contributing to the University's disability support procedures.
