In this key role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective and current students, supporting them throughout their academic journey, from application to graduation. You'll work closely with students to identify and address their individual support needs, ensuring they can thrive in a fast-paced, academic setting. Your guidance will help shape a supportive, inclusive student experience that empowers students to succeed.

What we're looking for:
A degree (or equivalent experience) and a commitment to supporting students with disabilities, mental health conditions, neurodiverse needs, sensory and physical conditions.
Experience working with students in a supportive capacity and an understanding of the challenges they face.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work proactively in a busy environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
