Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. This role involves providing essential support to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Support clients in maintaining their independence while ensuring safety and comfort within the community or work place. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and physical well-being.

Requirements

Experience of work or social contact with people with complex needs is preferred but not essential Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families. An awareness and understanding of the needs and difficulties faced by people with complex needs is highly desirable The ability to speak Welsh is an advantage A valid driving licence and own vehicle is essential for roles that require transportation of clients. A caring and empathic attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support and assistance to individuals in need. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 4,000.00-15,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
