Personalized Care is a service that provides support for individuals with learning disabilities and other associated conditions - autism spectrum disorder, dementia, mental health conditions (dual-diagnosis) physical needs, sensory impairments, profound and multiple needs and life limiting conditions, up to 24 hours a day in there own home.

We are are known for the great care we take with the people we support and employees alike.

The role :

This role is to provide a safe and caring environment and to offer a professional service, to support people in their own homes & in the community. You need to be dedicated to the encouragement of the individual to achieve the best health and wellbeing.

Experience is preferred, but not essential as a full induction and a training program will be given to the successful candidate. The chosen candidate will be required to undergo a full DBS check and a full induction / probationary period.
