Blue Sky Care are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to adults with a range of learning disabilities and complex needs such as autism and other challenging behaviours.
This opportunity is situated in Giltbrook, Nottinghamshire, NG16. The job entails supporting a gentleman who requires 24 hour support to live in his own bungalow and to access the community and any activities. We are looking for a female driver to join our team, someone who can commit to 1 x 15 hour shift and a sleepover each week, meaning 1 x 24 hour shift each week. The shift will start at 10am through to 10pm, and then a sleepover from 10 pm to 7am the next morning. You will then support the gentleman from 7am when you both get up until 10am when the next staff memeber takes over from you. For your sleepover you have a private fully equipped bedroom within the gentlemans property. This shift will be any day as per need of the service user, and will include a minimum of 1 weekend shift per month.
In addition to the 24 hour shift, you will be required support a further 6 hours of 2-1 support to enable community access with another member of your team
