You'll get to work with our brilliant restaurant, host, housekeeping and kitchen teams, making you a top-notch waiter, barista, and mixologist by the end of your stay. Plus, there's a 30-day placement in a central team of your choice: positions with marketing, HR, guest services and reservations are all up for grabs.

Programme overview

Twelve-month programme with the opportunity to extend.

Experience five different rotations across the hotel: hosting, housekeeping, food & beverage (2 different restaurants) and a 30-day placement with the central team.
