We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities



Support pharmacists with medication preparation, dispensing, and administration Assist in managing patient records and ensuring accurate documentation of medication histories Provide excellent patient care by answering queries and offering guidance on medication usage Help organise and maintain stock levels of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper storage of medicines Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing prescriptions Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the pharmacy environment to uphold hygiene standards

Requirements



Previous experience as a pharmacy technician or in a similar healthcare role is advantageous Knowledge of medication administration procedures and patient care practices Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in patient well-being Basic IT skills for managing electronic health records and pharmacy systems
