The Dispensary Manager will play a crucial role in leading the dispensary and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage dispensary staff, fostering a positive team environment Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations regarding dispensing Delivering against set objectives Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving products Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly Conduct training sessions for staff on product knowledge and compliance requirements Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling and submitting claims Utilise strong communication skills to engage with customers and staff effectively Implement time management practices to ensure efficient operations

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or dispensary operations Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Relevant qualifications in dispensing are ESSENTIAL Experience working in a GP practice is DESIRABLE Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
