Job Description

We have a vacancy for a dispensing assistant/pharmacy dispenser to join our team. We are an established and busy independent pharmacy that focuses on customer care and satisfaction.

This vacancy is for any level of dispenser or dispensing assistant with opportunity for further training available.

We will look at applicants who would like to work either full time only.

Your main duties will include:

Maintain an accurate, efficient and professional dispensing experience for all of our customers. Support the onsite pharmacist in achieving excellence in our customer experience and meeting all legal requirements.

Essential skills and requirements

A high standard of English and communication skills. Able to comply fully and understand the importance of customer confidentiality. Good organisational skills, excellent time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines and multitask. Able to build relationships with key partners (GP surgeries, care/nursing homes etc.) A willingness to learn and apply new skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week

Experience:

pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)

English (required)
Work Location: In person
