Lonic is a leading tenant representing, commercial property agency, focused on delivering tailored solutions for tenants and occupiers only. We are expanding our team and are looking for a dynamic and proactive Disposal Agent/Marketer to help us market and dispose of commercial properties across the UK.

The Role

As a Disposal Agent, you'll take charge of marketing office space on behalf of tenants and owner/occupiers. But this isn't just about putting up listings, it's about creating buzz, driving enquiries, and building a personal brand that people trust.

You'll be actively encouraged to grow your presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, sharing insight, showcasing properties, and building a network of clients and owner/occupiers.

Responsibilities

Build/utilise your personal brand to generate inbound leads and build a loyal audience Create engaging content to promote listings across social media channels Collaborate with our marketing manager to boost visibility and reach
Manage a portfolio of office space disposals

Build strong relationships with clients Conduct viewings and negotiate deals with prospective tenants Keep CRM systems and pipeline reports up to date Stay on top of market trends, availability, and competitors

Requirements

Comfortable in front of camera or speaking at networking events Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content Experience in commercial property disposals or lettings - (desirable but not essential) Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills Ambitious and excited about growing your reputation in the industry
