About the Role



We're looking for a senior-level Dispute Resolution lawyer (around 8+ years' PQE) to take a leading role in developing our new Dispute Resolution practice. You'll handle a broad range of contentious matters, typically for business clients, private individuals, and landowners, including:

Contractual disputes Shareholder and partnership disputes Property and land disputes Professional negligence Contentious probate Debt recovery and enforcement
This role will involve working closely with teams across the firm to take on referrals, deliver commercially sensible outcomes for clients, and help shape the structure and direction of our dispute resolution offering.

What we're looking for



8+ years PQE in Dispute Resolution/litigation Broad experience across civil and commercial disputes Strong technical knowledge and sound judgment A proactive, solutions-driven approach Confident in managing files independently and liaising with clients Eager to help build and lead a new department Comfortable working across teams and contributing to business development

Working arrangements



Typically in one of our offices depending on geographical convenience, needs of clients and the team, occasional days from home Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Occasional travel between offices may be required Competitive salary and benefits package including private healthcare, life assurance, and enhanced holiday entitlement
