Job Description

Due to an influx of work and recognition of the huge opportunities for growth, an opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading law firms in Cornwall and Devon as a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution department.


You will work in our Dispute Resolution team working as part of a small but busy team focussing on personal disputes. Work will include, but not be limited to, property disputes, professional negligence claims and inheritance and trust disputes.

What you will do:

Provide support to our highly specialized lawyers on a wide range of matters. Assist with the drafting and preparation of related documents. Liaise with clients and third parties

Experience and Qualifications you need:

Experience in a legal environment preferred Law degree/CILEx Level 3 or equivalent Ideally have previous experience working with personal disputes

Location

We are open to discussion regarding which of our eight locations best suits you.In addition to our offices, the firm aims to enable as many staff as possible to incorporate an element of remote work into their working week if they so wish.

Hours

This is a full time position. 35 hours a week Monday to Friday however we welcome applications from candidates looking for alternative working arrangements.
