The opportunity

We are seeking a

dispute resolution solicitor

to join us full-time at our Beverley office. This is an opportunity to work on high-quality, meaningful matters without the pressures often found in traditional litigation teams.

Your work will include all aspects of:

Contractual disputes. Construction disputes. Shareholder and director disputes. Property litigation (commercial and residential). Defendant personal injury. Intellectual property. Business protection cases (e.g. restrictive covenant breaches, springboard injunctions). Regulatory defence work (HSE, Environment Agency prosecutions) depending on experience

What we are looking for:

Qualified Solicitor, ideally 4+ years' PQE. A genuine growth mindset, with discipline, drive and commitment. Someone for whom client care is paramount. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Commercial awareness. Resolving disputes is not just about knowing the law. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High attention to detail. Solid experience in dispute resolution and court proceedings.
