Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Distribution Cleaning manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the team, ensuring targets, KPIS & standards are maintained.

you will complete audits& staff training on site and the role will also include an element of cleaning

The role will run over 2 shifts 6am-2pm 2pm-10pm and will include some weekend work so you must be able to be flexible with your working hours

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to maintain a healthy environment. Handle waste disposal in accordance with health and safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services. Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.

Requirements

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Ability to drive may be beneficial for roles requiring travel between sites. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently without supervision. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.

Pay: 13.50-14.00 per hour
