We're seeking a Distribution Systems Executive who will report to the Head of Commercial and work closely with the Revenue Management consultant for Monogram Collective. Whilst this role is hybrid based, there will be some regular travel to our hotels in Berkshire and Scotland to help support onsite initiatives, key business partners and influence our industry specific tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for accurate distribution of inventory, rates, packages and promotions across all channels.
Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain relationships, attend scheduled CSM calls, and manage escalations with third-party vendors.
Case Management - SLA Delivery: Manage cases and proactively engage with distribution system vendors to achieve resolution.
Offer Delivery: Coordinate offer setup and deployment across platforms.
Channel Management: Set up rates, maintain parity, and resolve channel issues.
Oversee and manage distribution projects and support the delivery of commercial tech projects.
About you
Essential Experience Skills
A change agent, who brings cross functional teams together focussed on business growth and improvement.
Proven track record of personal fulfilment of targets and KPI's.
Strong communicator who can drive relationships, inspire teams and is comfortable building relationships across all levels of the company.
Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen.
Familiarity with systems such as IDeaS, Duetto, SynXis, HMS, Opera, or similar.
