to join our People Services team. This role is vital to ensuring smooth HR operations, accurate data management, and system support across the business.
This is a full-time role working
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What you'll be doing
As an
HR Admin & Systems Executive
, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving HR systems and reporting processes. You'll manage HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and use tools like
PowerBI and Excel
to produce insightful reports that support decision-making across the People Hub.
You'll also:
Draft contracts, offer letters, and change of terms documents
Coordinate onboarding, including payroll notifications and reference checks
Support recruitment administration and respond to absence queries
Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Monitor right to work documentation and ensure legal compliance
Handle day-to-day queries via phone, email, and in person

Desirable experience
We'd love to hear from you if you also have:
Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) or system implementation
Familiarity with HR, recruitment, or learning management systems administration
Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Awareness of UK employment law and right to work requirements
