Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in distribution processes. Lead and manage a team of distribution staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Utilise project management tools to track progress on distribution initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives. Conduct regular assessments of distribution operations to identify areas for enhancement and implement necessary changes.

Skills

Strong time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication with team members and clients. Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals. Competence in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Familiarity with office software applications to streamline administrative tasks. Basic IT skills for troubleshooting issues related to distribution technology systems.
