We are recruiting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager to help the firm in driving our newly defined global DEI strategy. This role will take the lead in formulating and executing strategies, programmes, and initiatives designed to create a working environment where our people have equal opportunity and feel a sense of belonging, regardless of their background or identity. Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
Prior experience as a DEI Manager, or HR professional with DEI experience and a passion for this area, with a focus on implementing successful DEI strategies and programmes
Experience working in an international organisation applying DEI strategies preferable
In-depth knowledge of DEI principles, best practices, and emerging trends
Knowledge of labour laws and regulations related to DEI practices
Experience in progressing employee engagement including employee engagement surveys preferable
Develop and implement the firm's DEI strategy globally and locally, focusing on initiatives, and action plans that support positive progress and align to the strategy and wider business goals
Proactively partner with leadership teams and HR Business Partners to integrate DEI principles into recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, retention, and career development processes. Working collaboratively with the business in supporting drive progress on their DEI goals
Lead the DEI team taking accountability for the team member's development and ensure team activity aligns to the DEI strategy and wider business goals
Take a leading role in conducting training and workshops to raise awareness and enhance understanding of DEI issues, fostering a more inclusive and culturally competent workforce
Provide strategic direction and guidance and support to the firm's Inclusion Groups, encouraging their active participation in promoting diversity and inclusion within the organisation, whilst ensuring budgets and activity aligns to the DEI strategy
