Are you a compassionate, visionary nursing or paramedic leader ready to shape the future of integrated primary and community care?
We are seeking a Divisional Lead Nurse to provide outstanding clinical leadership and operational support across our Primary & Community Care (P&CC) Division. As part of our senior leadership team, you'll play a vital role in advancing patient safety, clinical innovation and excellence and workforce development.

What You'll Do

Lead and support Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Urgent Care Practitioners, and Primary Care Lead Nurses. Drive clinical innovation, staff development, and high-quality patient care. Champion continuous improvement, evidence-based practice, and a culture of learning. Collaborate with our Triumvirate Leadership Team to deliver safe, effective services. Represent IC24 at internal and external meetings, contributing to strategic direction.

What You'll Bring

A current nursing or paramedic registration with clinical assessment and minor illness qualification. Hold a management/leadership qualification Proven experience in leadership, staff management, and clinical supervision. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. A passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Experience in urgent/unscheduled or primary care settings
