What does the role involve:

? This is a key role in the field operation reporting directly to the Head of Field. You will cover an area in the East of England.

? You will be responsible for all field installations and maintenance support for our customers, and all communications supporting delivery of the target operating model and associated commercial and service outcomes through continuous improvement whilst providing leadership and support to Field Operational Managers.

? You'll have circa 10 direct reports across the region of responsibility.

Displaying Innserve's Values you will:

? Take overarching responsibility for all field operations in dedicated area

? Be responsible for the delivery of commercial and service outcomes.

? Provide Maintenance & Installation support for Innserve's Customers.

? Ensure that nominated Service Providers have the correct level of resource available.

? Achieve contractual Levels of Maintenance and Installation SLA's

? Ensure that Installation lead times are effectively managed and achieved.

? Carry out the above in a cost-efficient manner.

? Fully utilise all field resources to maximum capacity to provide a continuous income for Innserve.

? Lead a team of field managers to achieve the above

? Ensure the team is always compliant with Health and Safety procedures and Safe Working practices.

? Always ensure that direct reports comply to company values when representing Innserve.

? Develop and coach team members to ensure optimal use of skill set and utilisation.

? Identify areas of operational improvement and maintain a continuous improvement mindset

What are we looking for:

? A strong Customer Focused Leader with a sound understanding of Field Operations within the drinks dispense industry.

? Ability to liaise with colleagues in the Customer Service Centre, Operational Transformation Team, Regional Field Operations Managers, Head of Field, and Innserve's valued customers.

? Commercial awareness, with a proven ability to lead, manage and motivate your team.

? You'll be a determined leader who always displays our 'one big team' value, with strong communication skills, and with an organised approach to your workload.

? You will be comfortable working with conflicting priorities and who strives to deliver excellence.

? An experienced decision maker who uses data to make informed choices.
