Roles & Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development
Manage and motivate a team of CNC operatives and finishing specialists.
Lead recruitment, training, and performance management activities.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high craftsmanship standards.
Operational Management
Oversee daily operations across CNC machining and finishing processes (deburring, sanding, powder coating, wet spray, vinyl application, laser marking, polishing, etc.).
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Manage workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet delivery targets.
Project Coordination & Client Liaison
Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate production schedules and customer requirements.
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project status and specifications.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to optimise processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
Implement best practices in CNC programming, finishing techniques, and quality control
Budget & Reporting
Manage divisional budgets, cost controls, and procurement of materials and equipment.
Provide regular performance reports and KPIs to senior management.
Requirements

Experience working in the luxury, marine, automotive, aerospace, or similarly demanding sectors is highly desirable.
Strong leadership presence with ability to inspire and develop teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Proactive, solution-focused, and adaptable to changing priorities
Effective communicator with stakeholder management experience.
