Responsibilities



Prepare physical records for archiving by creating and verifying inventory lists. This may involve lifting boxes weighing up to 35 pounds. Prepare records for destruction according to the company retention schedule and, when required, interact with the responsible department, legal, and other necessary departments. Scan records that must be retained for retention

Skills



Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple document streams simultaneously Proficiency in document management systems such as SharePoint, ERP systems, or similar platforms Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001 standards, and quality management principles Experience in records management, filing, and data entry within an administrative or quality assurance setting Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail for technical writing and documentation accuracy Familiarity with ERP systems for data management and process automation Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
