Document Controller - Construction Industry
Role Overview:
As a Document Controller, you'll be at the heart of our project management team. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all project documentation is systematically managed, updated, and easily accessible to all stakeholders. Your organisational skills will help streamline project operations and facilitate effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all controlled company documents. Ensure that documents are easily accessible to the project team and stakeholders. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to track and distribute documentation. Implement and manage document control processes and systems Conduct regular audits on document management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards. Train staff on document control processes and systems
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in document control within the construction industry. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Familiarity with document management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Salary dependent upon experience
