Job Summary
As the GRAHAM business continues to grow, we now have an opening for an enthusiastic and experienced Document Controller to join our Civils division, working on notable Highways projects near Didcot.
The Document Controller shall:
Be responsible for all Document Control activities on the Project
Check documents received from internal and external parties to ensure compliance with our QA requirements
Ensure all project information is up to date and distributed to relevant recipients. Managing both hard copy and electronic versions of information as required
Daily management of our CDE - Viewpoint for Projects
Issue and receipt of documentation to the client's CDE (Asite) and subsequent upload to VFP
Assist in the production of H&S File and O&M Manuals and any other documentation for project handover
Assist with production of reports and documents as required
Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the Document Controller and the range of duties to be undertaken.
It does not attempt to detail every activity. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder at regular intervals.

Technical Competencies
Essential
Strong IT skills to include Microsoft Office suite
Experienced in use of Viewpoint for Projects and Asite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A minimum of 3 years proven Document Controller experience - preferably on large Civils projects
