Document Services would like to recruit a Document Services Assistant, to work within Digital Services.
Document Services is a team within Digital Services that has responsibility for the Council's mail and print requirements while also providing a scanning and document archive retrieval service.
Document Services is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable individual to provide a fully flexible approach working across the print, mail, scanning and file archive service sections within Document Services. Duties include print room services working with high volume mono and colour devices with finishing equipment. The role may also include the sorting incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, archiving as necessary.
The successful applicant will have a customer-focussed approach to working, be highly flexible and able to meet the changing needs of our customers. In addition, you will be self-motivated, a good team player and eager to learn.
The post holder should ideally have previous experience of working within a busy print and mail department and able to provide Document Services duties.
