As a Technical Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing a suite of critical applications. Key Responsibilities



Own and execute all non-discretionary activities including Incident & Problem Management, Minor Change Requests, Knowledge Articles, Automation, and Continuous Service Improvement. Collaborate with offshore leads and teams to share insights, validate deliveries, and support incident resolution. Lead technology refinement sessions, resolve technical blockers, and guide design decisions. Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs as outlined in the service contract. Provide technical architecture for Documentum-based solutions and new requirements. Participate in roadmap meetings, assess feasibility, and propose technical improvements. Identify and implement process, technology, and application enhancements across portfolios. Recommend upgrades and migrations aligned with technology support and improvement goals. Liaise with Major Incident Managers during Severity 1 and 2 incidents, including war room participation. Facilitate meetings between customer and offshore teams as needed.

Essential Skills & Experience



Deep expertise in Documentum products: xCP, Content Server, IJMS, CTS, xPlore, BPS, OTDS, Webtop, DA, D2, DFC Strong programming and integration skills: Java, JUNIT, REST services, DQL, SQL, GWT Proficiency in XML, XSD, xDB, XSL Operating systems: Linux and Windows Web and directory services: Apache HTTPD, Tomcat, Apache DS * DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Bitbucket, Octopus
