Due to expansion the Barkside are looking for a Lead Stylist, you will set the bar for excellence in grooming at our salon with a hands-on approach, inspiring your team to deliver top-notch services. You will oversee grooming standards, handle advanced grooming requests, and encourage professional development among your team members. Your goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience while driving business success.

We will equip you with the necessary skills, and expertise to ensure that our customers receive top-notch service, aligning with our vision of setting a new standard for pet care. In addition to a competitive base salary you will be entitled to 20% discount throughout of stores and 30% of our own branded items.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service, possess flexibility, and can work effectively in a fast-paced salon setting. Our ideal candidate should be able to work Tuesday -Saturday 10am -6pm (however this can be negotiated) with the possibility of working additional hours during busy periods ie Christmas

The perfect candidate will demonstrate confidence, have a strong understanding of dog grooming techniques and trends, and be able to deliver high-quality grooms on various breeds from start to finish. Experience working in a customer-facing salon environment is preferred. We are not target based we believe that a high quality groom is more important than hitting targets we will allow you the correct time to complete a groom to the highest standards.

Salary is 14 -16 per hour, with 28 days paid holiday per annum this includes bank holidays.
