DRAM/MARAC Administrator
Do you have experience of providing administrative support? Are you self-motivated and a great communicator?
We have a vacancy in our Community Team for an experienced administrator to provide confidential and comprehensive administrative support to the Bradford Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) process and Daily Risk Assessment Meeting (DRAM).
About the role
In this role you will provide essential admin services to the DRAM and MARAC team within the Community Services Team. There will be daily checking of referrals, enquiries and voicemails with information needing inputting into our case management system ready for delegating to the DRAM/MARAC. You will be required to attend meetings and produce accurate minutes.
15 hrs per week, Monday to Friday (3 hours between 8am and 1pm). 24,570 FTE (9,828 actual). Initially fixed term until 31st March 2026
About you
We are looking for someone who has proven administrative experience and is a great communicator with people of all levels. You will need to be proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to maintain databases and spreadsheets. We're looking for someone who can take accurate notes and minutes of meetings as well as being confident to answer enquiries over the phone or in person. Ideally you will have experience of working with partner agencies and establishing effective working relationships.
An understanding or experience of working with the issues of domestic abuse is desirable.
