Summary

Due to the upcoming retirement of one of our valued team members,

St David's Residential Home

is looking for a

Domestic Assistant

to join our friendly and dedicated team.

As a Domestic Assistant, you'll play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort throughout our home -- helping us to create a safe and welcoming environment for our residents.

Main responsibilities include:

Cleaning and maintaining residents' rooms and communal areas Ensuring infection control procedures are followed at all times Working as part of a supportive team to uphold our high standards Using cleaning materials safely and in line with COSHH regulations Supporting the laundry during periods of annual leave

About you:

Reliable, hardworking, and take pride in your work Friendly and respectful, with a caring attitude towards residents Able to work independently and as part of a team Experience in a care or domestic role is desirable but not essential -- full training will be provided

Weekend working is a requirement of the role

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour
