Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Organise and declutter spaces as needed to maintain an orderly appearance. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to meet client expectations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently, ensuring they are used correctly and stored safely. Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and respectful while interacting with clients.

Experience

Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes. Good communication skills and a friendly disposition are essential for building rapport with clients. A proactive approach towards problem-solving and maintaining cleanliness standards is highly valued.
