Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Domestic/Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support in kitchen and will help as house keeper in both home care and care home settings. This role requires effective communication skills in English, the ability to follow care plans, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Requirements
Previous experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A valid driving licence is desirable for roles involving home visits.
Familiarity with creating and following care plans is an advantage.
Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication are required.
A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is essential.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or evenings if required.
