Overview

Mm Housekeeping are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join a friendly team.

In this role you will be providing a 5 star Housekeeping Service to busy households across Cardiff, taking care of daily cleaning tasks around the home and building professional relationships with your own regular customers.

We offer convenient hours Monday to Friday starting from 16 hours a week. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

Manage own diary with good time keeping skills. To be a key holder, ensuring the home is well secured upon leaving and the safe keeping of the key until the next visit. Carry out exceptional cleaning standards to the home within the time frame requested. Carry out some housekeeping duties such as ironing and folding laundry. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Assist with special cleaning projects as required, including deep cleans or post-event clean-ups. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in cleaning or a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.
