Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including commercial and domestic spaces. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and other communal areas. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and safely. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain an organised cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are cleaned regularly and thoroughly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial and domestic cleaning environments is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if required. A basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is advantageous.
