Job Description
Commercial Gas Engineer
Location: Edinburgh / East Lothian
Job Type: Full time or Permanent subcontract
Salary: 19.00 to 21.00 per hour
Average Annual Salary: Between 65,000 and 70,000, including overtime
Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and pipefitting tasks on and off site for our commercial and industrial projects
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Hold commercial gas ACS qualifications
- Proven experience as a commercial gas engineer
- Knowledge of commercial heating and CWDHW systems
- Knowledge of commercial plant controls
- Ability to carry out diagnostics
- Ability to complete small installations (Boilers/water heaters etc)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Must be flexible to work away
- Great customer service skills
