Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality installation services that meet our clients' needs and uphold our company's standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects within the facilities management sector.

Responsibilities

Install various gas & ASHP systems and equipment according to specifications and safety standards. Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete installations. Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct quality checks and ensure installations comply with industry regulations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist with repair and maintenance activities as needed. Operate commercial vehicles for transportation of materials when required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in domestic heating installation work. Gas qualification and current ACS accreditation required. ASHP qualification desirable but not required. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding, and carpentry. Mechanical knowledge and basic math skills. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely. Valid driving license for commercial vehicles is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. Physical fitness suitable for manual installation tasks.
