Domestic Plumber / Maintenance Technician

Location:

Central Birmingham (B)

/ right side of DY (Dudley) / right of CV (Coventry)

Salary

: 39,000 - 45,000 per annum - for the right person

Position: 1 x Full-Time

Overview:

We are recruiting an experienced Domestic Plumber / Maintenance Technician to join a leading UK company. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your plumbing career. You will provide high-quality domestic plumbing services and property maintenance across the designated service area.

Key Responsibilities:

Domestic plumbing installations and repairs in private and rented properties.

Responsive maintenance and product warranty repairs.

Tasks include: replacing taps, repairing toilets, installing shower fans, changing light fittings and sockets.

Planned routes across the service area.

Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Requirements:

City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).

Minimum 3 years' domestic plumbing experience.

Electrical repair knowledge/experience beneficial (minimum 1 year preferred).

Full UK driving licence.

Physically fit to carry tools/equipment up to 20kg.

Motivated, trustworthy, and hardworking with good customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively.

Flexible with working hours (occasional evenings/weekends).

Desirable Qualifications:

Part P Electrical.

Electrical Test & Inspection.

Domestic ACS or Gas Safe certificate (or equivalent).
