Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage branch staff, fostering a supportive and positive workplace culture.
Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including scheduling, client assessments, and care planning.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Monitor service quality, implement improvements, and manage risks effectively.
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders.
Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for business growth.
Recruit, train, and support care staff to maintain high service standards.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a
domiciliary care management
or similar role (essential).
Excellent understanding of
CQC standards
and regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Business acumen with the ability to grow and develop services.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Education & Qualifications
Minimum
NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care
or equivalent qualification.
