Domicliary Registered Manager
Hours: Monday-Friday
Location: Camberley (office-based with community work and travel between homes)
Be the driving force behind a new home care service - backed by a long-established care group.
For over 20 years, SES Care Homes has operated a small group of well-regarded care homes, with four homes providing high-quality residential and dementia care. We are now expanding into home care, and we're looking for an experienced, ambitious Home Care Manager to lead and grow this new service.
This isn't a lone start-up role - you'll be joining a stable, long-running organisation with an existing reputation, infrastructure and leadership team. It's a chance to build something new, with the security and support of an established care provider.
The Role:
As our Home Care Registered Manager, you will:
Lead the set-up, registration and growth of our domiciliary care service.
Car Owner and ability to commute throughout GU postcode
Take responsibility for the CQC registration as Registered Manager and ensure ongoing compliance.
Develop and implement care systems, policies and procedures in line with our group standards.
Build and manage a high-performing care team - recruitment, training, supervision and development.
Oversee assessments, care planning and reviews, ensuring care is personalised, safe and responsive.
Work closely with our existing care home managers and head office to align standards and share best practice.
Build strong relationships with families, local authorities, GPs, hospitals and community partners.
Drive service growth, increasing hours and packages while maintaining quality.
