Domiciliary Care Worker -- Colchester & Surrounding Areas (Full-time)

What the role involves

Provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes (personal care, mobility support, meal prep, medication prompts and community access). Deliver visits safely and on time, following care plans and risk assessments. Keep accurate records (EHM / MARs / care plans) and report any changes. Work collaboratively with families, the wider care team and health professionals. Promote dignity, independence and choice for every client.

Full-time role covering

Colchester & surrounding areas

. Work patterns will align with contracted packages (flexibility required).

Must-have requirements

?

Valid

UK driving licence

and use of your own car.

Minimum 1 year referenced experience

in care preferred. Strong understanding of care compliance and ability to support care staff. Right to work in the UK (

no sponsorship currently; may be considered in future

).
